Greetings! My name is John ZuHone. I’m a father, husband, and astrophysicist living in the Boston, Massachusetts area. If you are coming here looking for more information about my scientific research and work, please visit here instead.

I grew up in rural Illinois where I could see a dark night sky and became hooked on astronomy. After pursuing degrees in physics and astronomy at the University of Illinois and the University of Chicago, I held post doctoral appointments with the Smithsonian Institution, NASA, and MIT. I am currently an astrophysicist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics.

I am former fellow with the Sinai and Synapses study group, and currently co-lead the STEM Cohort for the Boston Fellows, a program where young adults learn to integrate faith and work.

On this site I will be discussing things pertaining to my Christian faith, including but not limited to the relationship between science and faith, sacramental theology, Anglicanism, books I’m reading, etc. Hopefully you will find some of this useful as you either walk with Christ or are exploring him for the first time.
